Complete or Partial Wedding Consultation
- We work with you to plan & organise all, or just some, of the key elements of your Wedding Day
- We will also be there on your Wedding Day to oversee the running of events in order to make sure everything goes smoothly and as planned
Venue Finding
- Designed for busy couples who are looking for their perfect venue, but who do not have the time to investigate the numerous wedding ceremony or reception locations available across the UK
- Fiore Events will search for a suitable venue for you based on your requirements. This service is available for couples who do not wish to utilise one of the wedding co-ordination packages above
Not only will we save you time, but we can even save you money, thanks to our extensive contacts within the hotel industry and at alternative wedding venues.
RSVP Service & Guest Assistance
- We will provide busy couples with a contact address, telephone number and email address to give as the RSVP address on their invitations
- We will keep track of guest numbers and manage responses
- We will assist guests with accommodation and travel requirements, provide advice and can also co-ordinate the wedding list
All contacts start with a free consultation, to discuss ideas that you may or may not already have. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal, outlining our conversation or meeting, your wedding's style and the things you would like us to help you with, enabling you to set a realistic budget. Included in this proposal will be our fees.
We have the imagination and flair to create the wedding of your dreams. Every aspect of your wedding will be professionally arranged. Throughout every stage of your wedding plans we will have regular meetings with you and keep in touch by telephone, post and email. We will also be there on your wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.
